גם The Last Refugee, הסינגל השלישי מאלבומו החדש של רוג'ר ווטרס Is This The Life We Really Want?. ממוקם באזור של פינק פלויד בטון הדרמטי, בצליל הפסנתר הכבד, באקורדים של הגיטרה, בקצב המעומעם. בסרטון נראית אישה חסרת בית רוקדת בתוך בנין נטוש הרוס, מדמיינת עצמה במקום טוב יותר, ובהמשך התמונה משתנה בהבזק לאחור למקום נקי, נזכרת ברגעי ילדות יפים, אימוני ריקוד קלאסי, לבושה רעלה, מבקרת את בתה המשחקת על החוף – בסיום אמוציונאלי. את הקליפ יצר ווטרס בשיתוף עם שון אוואנס, מי שביים איתו את סרט את הקונצרט של The Wall.
