להיטו הגדול ביותר של בובי גולדסבורו. שיר האהבה-געגועים על אישה ששתלה עץ, אך מתה כעבור שנים. הוא נכתב ע"י בובי ראסל, אחרי שראה לאיזה גודל צמח עץ מול חלונו משך 4 שנים. הסיפור מסופר מזווית של בעל שאשתו מתה. געגועיו אליה גוברים כשהוא מתבונן בעץ.
השיר הגיע למקום הראשון בארה"ב, הוא נכלל גם ברשימות "השיר הגרוע ביותר" בגלל סנטימנטליות היתר שבו. גולדסבורו נחשב להיטן מצליח עם 6 שירים שהגיען לטופ 40. Honey החזירק מעמד חמישה שבועות בראש המצעד האמריקני במהלך אפריל-מאי 1968.
