"אמא" הוא הסינגל השביעי שיוצא מהאלבום What Is Love? של קלין בנדיט, הפעם בשיתוף הזמרת-יוצרת אלי גולדינג. השיר עוסק בחווית התאהבות בפעם הראשונה והשפעתה על המתאהב (ת) עצמך ממש כמו שהיא עשויה לשנות את מערכת היחסים שלו עם אחרים. השיר הוא על גילוי עצמי בצד ההנאה שבהתאהבות. "אני מרגיש כל כך רכה" ו "אני מכירה את החולשות שלי" הם גם הניגוד בין להרגיש "חמה" ומוטרדת. כמו רוב האלבום, השירים עוסקים באהבה, משבריה ופצעיה – ודרך רפויים. השיר הוא פרק אחד בסיפור. המוסיקה פופ קליט באוריינטציה של טרנד הלטין פופ ואלקטרוניק דאנס מיוסיק. האזנה אחת, והשיר עף להאזנה שניה ושלישית. הקלות היותר מנסבלת שמולידה תחושת של בא לי לעלות עם השיר על הכביש הראשי וללחוץ רפיט.
